Our founder Mohammad Patel settled in Chicago, Illinois in the early ’90s and has been part of the foodservice industry ever since. With unmatched experience and a strive for perfection, he has created an empire comprised of Restaurants, Meat Outlets, Grocery stores, Distribution companies, and a Slaughterhouse to have full control over the quality of our products, creating a true sense of “farms to forks”.
